From there, you’ll be redirected to our audio portal, where you can submit your audio files and personalized script you’ve written to be transformed into audio memories.
If you’re not yet ready to upload, the submission link will be emailed to you to complete later. The upload must be completed within 14 business days.
Upload your audio files
Complete the submission form with any additional information you’d like to include, and please ensure you’ve uploaded the correct audio files and script to be produced.
Try to supply us with as clear audio as possible so that we can deliver the best results to you and honor your loved one properly.
It’s okay if others are talking in the audio, so long as they’re not speaking at the same time and interrupting the voice we are trying to capture.
We need a minimum of 1 minute of speech to be able to accurately extract the voice.
